Who is Maple Craft USA?
Begun in 1960, Maple Craft USA (MCUSA) is large supplier of wood products, marketing to the cabinet, furniture, building, remodeling, refacing, and do-it-yourself industries. We sell our products nationally and internationally.
What is your mission statement?
We promise to do our best to provide great products, great service, and great prices!
What are your lead times?
Most of our products ship within in 2-3 weeks of ordering, with exception to our interior doors which take 6-8 weeks to produce.
Can I Expedite / Rush Ship your products?
Please contact us for the expedite details and costs. Lost, damaged, or misordered items will be replaced as soon as possible.
How do I get a Quote or Place an Order?
You can call and speak to one of our friendly Customer Service attendants at (800) 756-8077. We are happy to answer any questions that you may have. You may call any time Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
Then when you are ready to get a quote simply complete one of our Quote Forms and fax it into our office at (800) 756-9077.

How long does it take to get a Quote?
We work hard to respond to quotes within 24 to 48 hours of receiving them. Our offices are closed Saturday and Sunday.
Do you take information for a Quote over the phone?
We prefer to receive your information in writing to minimize the possibility of errors. You may email, fax or mail us the information.
How do I make changes after I’ve place my order?
All changes to orders that have been place must be faxed. Orders may be changed at no charge for the first 24 hours after the order has been placed. After that time any changes will include a minimum $5 per item charge. Order changes can be made only until the time they enter production.
Our production schedule varies slightly depending on our volume of orders in-house and current capacity. Once an order has entered production it cannot be changed.
How do you ship your products?
It depends upon the size of the order. Smaller orders ship via UPS or FedEx-Ground via their standard ground service. Larger orders are shipped using reliable Less-Than-Truckload carriers. Large order are generally skidded.
Are shipping costs included on my quote?
Yes. When you request a quote, please list your full shipping address (as well as your phone and fax number) and we will include the cost including shipping at the bottom of the quote page.
Do you sell to Homeowners, Do-It-Yourselfers, or Hobbyists?
Yes! We accept orders from anyone who is a woodworker by trade, profession, or past-time.
How do you accept payment?
We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Or you may mail us a business or certified bank check, or a money order.
For those who have completed our Credit Application we offer either Cash On Delivery terms (+3%) or 30 day Open Account terms (payment is due 30 days after the order has been shipped). A review of your company's credit history generally takes between 2-3 weeks to process.
Do you have a minimum order?
No. You may order 1 of any item that we offer.
How do I file a claim for missing, damaged, or incorrectly manufactured products?
If products are missing, damaged, or incorrectly manufactured on your order, you must notify MCUSA’s Customer Service department within 24 hours of receipt of the product. Replacements will be rushed through our system and shipped out as soon as possible.
How do I handle freight damage?
Before signing a delivery receipt make sure you have done the following:
Check your shipment against the delivery receipt to be sure you receive all cartons listed.
Carefully inspect each carton for damage.
Have the driver note any shortages or damage, even if slight, on the delivery receipt. Immediately after delivery, open all cartons and inspect for concealed damage. If you find damage, do not destroy the shipping cartons. Retain damaged items, cartons, and inner packing materials in your receiving area until notified by Maple Craft USA to do otherwise. Please do not file a claim yourself. Please fill out the "Product Replacement Report" and fax it to our office immediately.
Damaged items will be replaced ASAP.
How do I return damaged products?
Maple Craft USA reserves the right to inspect all products needing replacement. You will be contacted and given information on how to prepare for a freight pick-up. Credit will be issued upon inspection of replaced products if they do not meet our stated specifications.
What is your warranty on your products?
General: Maple Craft USA warrants that for one year from the ship date all products sold by us will be free from defects in material and workmanship. Warranty covers replacement of product only.
Wood Cabinet Doors: Maple Craft USA offers a 1-year warranty on our wood cabinet doors. Doors must be finished within 10 days from receipt in order to be covered by our warranty. Wood will expand and contract as the environment changes. We are not liable for damages caused by our customer or the consumer. Warranty covers replacement of product only.
Thermofoil Doors: Maple Craft USA offers a 5-year warranty on all thermoplastic products. We warrant our products against yellowing, delamination, or any apparent or hidden defect that might affect the quality or cause premature deterioration . Warranty covers replacement of product only..
Interior and Exterior Doors: Doors must be finished within 10 days from receipt in order to be covered by our warranty. Wood will expand and contract as the environment changes. We are not liable for damages caused by our customer or the consumer. Warranty covers replacement of product only.
Dovetailed Drawers: Maple Craft USA offers a 1-year warranty on our dovetailed drawer boxes. Drawers (if unfinished) must be finished within 10 days from receipt in order to be covered by our warranty. Wood will expand and contract as the environment changes. All unassembled drawers are not warranted because we cannot assume responsibility for the assembly procedure. Assembled drawer warranty covers replacement of product only. We are not liable for damages caused by our customer or the consumer. Warranty covers replacement of product only.
Wood Face Frames: Maple Craft USA offers a 1-year warranty on wood face frames. Frames must be finished within 10 days from receipt in order to be covered by our warranty. Wood will expand and contract as the environment changes. We are not liable for damages caused by our customer or the consumer. Warranty covers replacement of product only.
