Maple Craft USA (MCUSA) is a large supplier of wood and kitchen related component products, marketing to the cabinet, furniture, building, remodeling, refacing, and do-it-yourself industries. We sell our products nationally and internationally.

The owners, Steve and Marilyn Kaufer, a husband and wife team, are committed Christians and are individually and corporately pursuing a relationship with Jesus Christ. Lead times

Most of our products ship within 2-4 weeks of ordering, with exception of our interior doors which generally take 6-8 weeks to produce.

Payment Terms

All orders are 100% Prepay. We do not offer Open Account Terms. We accept payment in the form of:

1. Credit Card - MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express
2. Cashier's Check - Guaranteed and provided by any U.S. bank
3. Money Order - Available at any U.S. Post Office

We make ordering simple for you! Complete information is found on our web site to help you place an order. Please take time to read the information that we have provided about the products you are interested in purchasing.

Quote lead time

We work hard to respond to quotes within 24 to 48 hours of receiving them. Our offices are closed Saturday and Sunday.

Quotes via phone

We prefer to receive your information in writing to minimize the possibility of errors. You may email, fax or mail us the information.

Markets served

Yes! We accept orders from anyone who is a woodworker, cabinet maker, refacer, etc. by trade, profession, past-time, or passion.

Displays and Samples

All display pieces and samples are custom made to order. Please call or email our office for information on display and sample discounts.

Changes to orders

All changes to orders that have been placed must be faxed or emailed. Orders may be changed at no charge for the first 24 hours after the order has been placed. After that time, any alterations will incur a “Change Fee” per item(s) charged. The fee depends on how far the order is in production, how much material has been used, and how much labor has been done. Our production schedule varies slightly depending on our volume of orders in-house and current capacity. Once an order has entered production it cannot be changed.

Expedite order

“Expedite” means we move the order through our production more quickly than a standard order. Expedites are based upon our current production capacity. We can expedite most of our products in the production process. Expedite availability depends upon the product selected.

Shipping

It depends upon the size of the order. Smaller orders ship via UPS or FedEx-Ground via their standard ground service. Larger orders are shipped using reliable Less-Than-Truckload carriers. Large orders are generally skidded. Occasionally trucking companies experience delays for various reasons. You understand and agree that unintentional delays sometimes do occur due to "Acts of God" or human error. We will do all we can to work with the trucking company to expedite your shipment to you no matter the circumstance. It is understood that we are not responsible for extra costs you incur due to any schedule changes you may have to make as a result of the shipping delay.

Rush shipping

“Rush” means that we increase the speed in which the product is shipped, either via UPS / FedEx or Common Carrier. Most of our products can be rushed in the shipping process at an additional charge. The Rush is based upon the quantity of the order, weights, and sizes of products. Specify this request before placing your order.

Shipping costs

When you request a quote, please list your full shipping address (as well as your phone and fax number) and we will include the cost including shipping at the bottom of the quote page. If no address has been supplied during the quoting process, then the quote does not include shipping.

Filing a claim for damaged, missing, or incorrectly manufactured products

If products are missing, damaged, or incorrectly manufactured on your order, you must notify MCUSA’s Customer Service department within 24 hours of receipt of the product. Replacements will be rushed through our system and shipped out as soon as possible.

Freight damage

Before signing a delivery receipt make sure you have done the following:

1. Check your shipment against the delivery receipt to be sure you receive all cartons listed.
2. Carefully inspect each carton for damage.
3. Have the driver note any shortages or damage, even if slight, on the delivery receipt. Immediately after delivery, open all cartons and inspect for concealed damage. If you find damage, do not destroy the shipping cartons. Retain damaged items, cartons, and inner packing materials in your receiving area until notified by Maple Craft USA to do otherwise. Please do not file a claim yourself.
4. Damaged items will be replaced ASAP.

Returning damaged products

Each order is custom made and is not returnable. Contact us as soon as possible within 5 days of the receipt of the order. Be prepared to send us quality digital pictures of the problem areas with detailed descriptions. You will be charged for all replacements until damages or defects can be inspected and approved. Upon approval by the shipping company or manufacturer, a credit will be issued. Only the cost of the product will be covered. Any other arrangements you make with your customer are your responsibility. Maple Craft USA reserves the right to inspect all products needing replacement. We will assist you based upon the product that has been damaged. We will contact and instruct you with information on how to prepare for a freight pick-up. Do not destroy the shipping cartons. Retain damaged items, cartons and inner packing materials in your receiving area until notified by Maple Craft USA to do otherwise.

Warranty

General: Maple Craft USA offers a One Year Limited Warranty from the ship date on all products sold by us. Warranty insures that products will be free from defects in material and workmanship. Warranty covers replacement of product only.

Wood Cabinet Doors: Maple Craft USA offers a One Year Limited Warranty on our wood cabinet doors. Doors must be finished within 10 days from receipt in order to be covered by our warranty. Wood will expand and contract as the environment changes. We are not liable for damages caused by our customer or the consumer. Warranty covers replacement of product only.

Thermofoil Doors: Maple Craft USA offers a Five Year Limited Warranty on all thermoplastic products. We warrant our products against yellowing, delamination, or any apparent or hidden defect that might affect the quality or cause premature deterioration. Warranty covers replacement of product only.

Dovetailed Drawers & Plywood Drawers: Maple Craft USA offers a One Year Limited Warranty on our dovetailed drawer boxes. Drawers (if unfinished) must be finished within 10 days from receipt in order to be covered by our warranty. Wood will expand and contract as the environment changes. All unassembled drawers are not warranted because we cannot assume responsibility for the assembly procedure. Assembled drawer warranty covers replacement of product only. We are not liable for damages caused by our customer or the consumer. Warranty covers replacement of product only.

Wood Face Frames: Maple Craft USA offers a One Year Limited Warranty on wood face frames. Frames must be finished within 10 days from receipt in order to be covered by our warranty. Wood will expand and contract as the environment changes. We are not liable for damages caused by our customer or the consumer. Warranty covers replacement of product only.
